Called 3 days ahead to get some tech work done on my PC. Technician tells me to bring pc in at 10:30 following Monday. I show up promptly at 10:30 Monday and there is not even a technician scheduled to work until 11:30. The associate who was very short with me and rudely says I can wait an hour for the technician to arrive. Not the first time I called ahead for services or products. Last time I was told they had the headphones I wanted at the store only to show up and they’re out of stock. I give up on this store and their staff!!
