I honestly will say that for 2 years that I’ve been going to this store seen many employees coming and going and all have been friendly and helpful managers are great at this moment Melanie awesome manager Richard also the way they help and step in when customers need help or staff is busy there stupendous why i say all this is because all of you with bad reviews is like that person that said the employee didn’t even now how to make a copy I’m sure there was a time where you didn’t know either and for those that want every employee to be at your service please its not because there no staff to help you is just your use to have everything given on the palm of your hand its not that hard to do things yourself and for the ones that wait 1 hour in line really learn to have patience one day you will be the slow to or maybe your parents the one about false online advertisement and blame the store what you know for a fact that they invented the website they go in and work that’s it and the other person that things are set up with the wrong price label that doesn’t mean they could of done it i myself have seen people just throw the tag of and just put it where ever is easy i mean all of you that fits the jacket be a little more grateful and don’t judge others be thankful and value what you have in life try to put yourself in there shoes be more helpful and don’t expect nothing in return seriously i can go on and on but i can definitely think i made myself clear where all human beings where not perfect no one is where not more nor less than anyone in this earthly world…..
