I’d like to genuinely thank Fix Auto El Monte for taking care of my Tesla case. They quickly handled the body work with the insurance and kept me updated during process. At the time of drop off, they gave me a courtesy ride all the way home 25 miles away. They even charged my car and gave it a detail at the end. My car looks brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. Highly recommend this place, even if you’re coming from a little further away. Most importantly, you can trust them.

Great work by David and his team. Tesla Model3 Auto-Pilot/CC issue that required some body work after Radar replacement so that Radar could be properly recalibrated. Tesla’s own service shop near me was not capable of this even though they replaced Radar (I still don’t know why they accepted to repair and only did the simplest job of replacing a part when they knew they could not have addressed all related issues to ACTUALLY SOLVE the problem). So I took it to David at Fix Auto in El Monte. Very glad I went to David who did a thorough job with Lifetime warranty. This shop is very courteous, offered me the long way ride back, even delivered the fixed car to my door. I recommend David and Fix Auto El Monte for all the finicky Tesla repairs.
