I made a mistake printing 2 copies at self-service area. The lady who works there assisted me and printed the correct files (total of 7 copies). Instead of charging me she let it slide and made everything for free. Very nice of her Made my day!

Getting color copies and needed help. The young man didn’t understand what I wanted, I guess, and he walked away. But I still needed his help. He signaled to me that he would return but never did. There were no other customers in line.And I waited 10 minutes. The store is usually neat and I have had better service, by this guy has turned me away from getting copies there… ever again.
