Traveling from out of town. Did a great job with my haircut but if you’re a frequent Sports Clips customer beware of the online wait times as they are wildly inaccurate. I checked in 1min away from the store because the wait time said 0min. I got a text as I was pulling up that said I was “on deck” which means next up. I walked in and while there was only one other person waiting there were several online checkins that had not arrived and I was #15 on the board with an estimated wait time of 2hrs. I watched as three or four people came in 15, 20, and 30 mins behind me and were seated immediately. I ended up waiting about 40 mins which was fine but had I known I would’ve planned appropriately. I frequent Sports Clips because of the convenience factor and service but that was all sort of lacking at this location unfortunately.
