I went in there today with my three year old who is pretty rambunctious, to look at earrings and just shop around. I guess the lady working could tell that he was giving me a hard time while I was looking for earrings so she went out of her way to get some colors and a piece of paper and color with him so I could continue to shop. I’m not sure if her name but she had an undercut and tattoos on her hands.to some this may not be a big deal but to me this was everything not only was I able to get what I needed but I also had help in more ways than one. I appreciate this so much and there needs to be more people like her out there. to go out of your way to help a customer with a kid is a pretty big deal in this world so thank you so much. The customer service was amazing and it didn’t stop with her my son decided he wanted to get a little toy gumball machine at checkout and the guy behind the counter which I believe was a manager even opened it for him.
