Cannot seem to get internet service in my building. I followed instructions on how to get service in my building. And, still have not received any feedback even though my management company has done their part on getting the service. I called Spectrum and explained what had already been done to receive services, still no service. The young lady said she could not help me or give me any information that does not make any sense. I will continue to try, I will not give up, so they need to get on their job. I followed all instructions given to me by Austin, their employee, to no avail.
