Went in to turn in my cable box and cancel my TV service. Reps at the store were nice enough. During the transaction, the rep asked me if I was just going to watch cable with our roku devices. About three months ago, I was told that we HAD to have the cable box. This is not a free device, you lease it for about 8 bucks. So I was paying them extra money for no reason. We didnt even hook up the box. It’s the principle of it….DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I like their internet though, hence the 3 stars. Just make sure you ask multiple reps the same questions so you get the correct answers.
