They closed all local offices all thru South Texas. I got a new phone and it will not switch over from my number so what did Spectrum say….go to the local office. Just a short 500 mile round trip for me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would rather not have WiFi than ever have to deal with them again. Sales was uneducated and unhelpful, as were their supervisors and the whole system of this company is awful. I spend HOURS on the phone just trying to get wifi and somehow it still didn’t work. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. A bunch of idiots.
