Always friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I change my equipment there periodically. Has phone sales now and bill pay kiosks. Can become a little busy but I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes before service. Across from Irving Mall in Hooter’s lot. Parking lot is going to be busy

When i reach store in time unfortunately store close from outside but inside popel was work then i asked them what time will open they said very rudly not open.Their online information is wrong !!!!

They have been to my house 4times to fix the same problem and they can’t get it right. And the last appointment the were over an hour late and they called so I told them to cancel it cause they lied. If there was another company that had cable I would change. Not dish cause they are worse. What ever happen to quality? And companies taking pride in there job?
