Last night, two field crews were working to restore internet service to someone down the road. I had service when I went to bed at midnight. This morning, no internet. Clearly the workmen messed something up. Customer service was really nice and put an escalation order on my account. Then the service department called to say that they would be out tomorrow. I have a son who needs that internet connection for school during lock down. Their guys messed up my internet fixing someone else’s and the best they can do is two days later? Service department stinks and whatever monkeys they got doing line work should be fired. If they didn’t have a monopoly in our area, I’d be looking elsewhere for an internet provider.
