It was awful I waiting there almost 30 min and no one even said hello are nothing.I also ask someone for help only to be told she didn’t work my window and walk away.I was thinking she might have went and got someone so I sit there about another 10 min and no one still didn’t say anything to me.I left without getting my order taking. Sad thing the only I wanted was a big bag of ice and an large sweet tea so no I’m not happy at all…..

This sonic has the best service by far! The male employee was very pleasant when I was ordering food. The female waitress that delivered my food was very nice and had a great attitude. My food was made correctly and hot. My drink was made correctly as well. I am not from the area, but I pass by here often. I will be back!

Don’t know what happened to the Troy sonic, but no matter how many people are there the wait is always insane. Food is good but I’m tired of waiting over thirty minutes every single time, even when I go at non-peak times
