Joanna is amazing. She puts the therapist in massage therapist. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. She focused on the problem area I mentioned (my neck/shoulder) just enough without neglecting or rushing through the rest of my body. Pressure level was perfect- strong enough to work on the knots without being too intense. She checked in enough to make sure I was comfortable without being too chatty.

I had one great eyebrow wax here–truly phenomenal. The woman was kind and overly attentive. It was a great experience. She made me feel and look great. I came back and had a new person. This other person was so-so. She never asked me any questions about how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and left feeling demoralized because they looked so bad and there was not a way to fix them. I think this place is okay if you are picky about who you get. There is definitely a difference in quality between estheticians. I’m probably not going to go back.

I’ve been here 3 separate times. The first time was for a wax and an eyebrow shaping. She was very nice especially it being my first time however, bc I waited in the room after she left from my wax for my eyebrows to be done, I could hear everyone outside complaining that I was playing with myself bc I was taking so long. I was already dressed in the room, just waiting for her to come back for my eyebrows. Since she didn’t come back in, I went out and paid in cash. The lady behind the register acted like she didn’t want to touch my money bc they all made an assumption about me that was wrong. I did finally get my eyebrows done and when I went to pay for that, the person at the register tried to charge me a second time for my wax. When I said I had already paid for the wax she said, I can see that. Well if you can see that, why are you trying to charge me again? The second time I went back for a wax, I saw another person and the experience was much better so I went back a third time. However, the third time after my wax, before I got dressed, I sent a message to my husband to come get me. Bc the door was left open I could hear the conversation outside and they were saying that I was already taking pictures and it was good the door was left open so I wouldn’t be playing with myself. There was also discussion about my payment even though I had already asked for a quote before making the appt. I will never be coming back here. As a customer, I don’t appreciate the slander. I have to deal with rude people in the work place and in daily life when I leave my home. I shouldn’t have to put up with it as a customer. If that’s how you see your customers then maybe you shouldn’t have any Thanks but no thanks. Yes this was my experience here and not believing me doesn’t change the fact that it happened to me here. I don’t need a response or an apology. I just want other people to know how I was treated there so they can consider going somewhere else before it happens to them too.
