My wife and I had a great buying experience at the Torrance Sit ‘n’ Sleep. The sales rep, Justin, met us at the door when we entered, completed the brief Covid protocols and then asked us how he could help us. We told Justin what kind of mattress we were looking for and our price range, and he took us directly to a mattress that perfectly fit our needs. Justin was very knowledgeable about this particular mattress and could easily compare the features with other mattresses he thought we might be interested in. Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, no hard sell or pressure to spend more money. We purchased the mattress, a platform and headboard, and a mattress cover. A very pleasant experience.
