I have been very very patient with the owner of this establishment. Unfortunately there are not many places that we can go to get pointe shoes for our kids. ROSE is pretentious, rude, and lacks customer service skills. She speaks down to myself and my daughter when there is absolutely no reason to. For the past few years we have been solid customers, buying all of our supplies there and supporting the business even during the Pandemic. Thankfully the rest of the staff is nice. However if you talk to ROSE beware. Stay tuned for her conceited, insincere reply to this review. It’s fake…just like her.Update: She tried to blame COVID. Mind you she’s been rude and pretentious even before then.
