Out of stock on everything. Like 90% of their stock isn’t there. How can you have an open store with nothing to sell? The floor was dirty. The counters were dirty. Seriously a gross and empty place. Complete waste of time and turned me off of Sephora big time.

CC was very friendly, helpful and informative. I was greeted immediately but not in a desperate way. I told her what I was looking for and she educated me on the products that they had to offer. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy but after speaking with her, felt confident that I could accompany goal. She was friendly and it was natural. She had great energy. I will return.Update: when I got home and did a full face of the recommenced Foundation, I was very disappointed. The shade was way off and made me look orange.. I ended up returning everything that I bought. The ladies were still very friendly but not good with the shade matching for my complexion.
