I’ve wanted to get kimchi from this place for a while. Finally, we had a chance to stop by. The owner was so nice. My husband likes lightly fermented fresh kimchi and I like the sour kimchi which is fermented for a while. The owner explained to us to always get very fresh kimchi, put in fridge and eat. Then we can get from very fresh kimchi to fermented ones. On the other hand, for cucumber, he said he doesn’t recommend to keep for a long time because it’s not that good. We bought a big jar of napa cabbage kimchi and a small jar of cucumber. Both are sooo good!

I love the kimchi here… my only complaint is that they dont accept any other form of payment than cash. I drive 45 min from my house to get here so having to turn around and look for a bank nearby was inconvenient.
