We have had our stuff here for no longer then 4 months… Not only did RATS destroy a lot of my furniture and my children’s stuff. They also left feces everywhere! It’ss disgusting!!!!!And the INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE FOR IT!!!! On top of that when we had this rain storm, which rain happens here it’s not like it doesn’t, the roof was leaking and it destroyed family heirlooms I inherited it that cannot be replaced. Besides the fact that they warned us not to store such items due to theft, I wasn’t worried. I had two locks on my unit and I felt it would remain safe. I didn’t believe that it would be destroyed by the negligence of the upkeep of their facility. I am behond upset about this.Jose and the staff are amazing and friendly, no doubt.The facility needs to be addressed. I don’t know if it’s a corporate issue. That they’re not giving the staff enough to do what they need to do, or if it’s the incompetency of the staff. In my opinion, the staff is amazing and try to work with you. So I’m believing it’s a corporate issure.
