Very rude staff working around 1am December 5th. They were busy talking amongst themselves when I asked for assistance with a keepsake ornament. The rude lady rolled her eyes and said if it isnt obviously over on the shelf then they dont carry it. I then asked if they carry any Frozen ornaments and she again huffed and said probably not. This is why retailers are losing out to online shopping.
