I came to the shop with a broken window regulator and told them I only wanted to get the window closed and locked in place for now, rather than replacing the part. They were super nice and brought out a mechanic to try to do it for free on the spot with a quick, smart idea. It was too broken for that, so I did wind up having to leave the car and pay for actual service, but I loved that they tried to just help me out immediately when I brought it in at the end of their workday. They wound up giving me a great price (lower than they thought they could at first) and it was taken care of super fast. Just a darling group of people.
