The small company I work for has ordered banners, lawn signs and other print materials from SBS for years. Despite the pandemic obstacles, David has delivered every order this year – on time, printed BEAUTIFULLY with no errors, and for a better price than I could find online. I appreciate the ability to call and email a real person and David is always professional and responsive. He has gone out of his way to help me when I need a rush or a last minute change. I highly recommend using SBS over the big operations online where I could never find a human for my questions or resolve errors.

I just stopped by to drop a prepaid package for shipment. The sign posted in the window states that no receipts will be provided for items left in the Bins outside. Naturally I assumed that if I wanted a receipt I had to go inside. To my surprise the door was locked. The same older gentleman described in the other reviews below ran to the door and advised me to drop my package in the bins outside. I said I wanted a receipt. He said in a nasty tone If you want a receipt go to Elmsford. I was shocked! Who does that? I asked for a receipt, is this considered one of the free services you refuse to provide? This is my first and last time visiting your establishment I’m sure that this older gentleman and this store are not a good representation of the customer service FedEx and UPS want to provide and I plan to express my concerns to both companies. All you are doing is driving away all future business.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I made a big mistake in preparing a package for overseas shipment. David called me, helped me figure out what was missing, and enabled me to email him the documents instead of driving back to his offices. I will definitely be bringing FedEx and other shipments to him.
