Avoid this store! Love the shoes… HATE the service! The salesperson was rude, condescending, and absolutely NO help . While my mother, sister, and I were ATTEMPTING to select shoes in our size, we were informed by the surly woman in charge that SHE had to get the shoes for us or we’d ruin her system. We waited patiently while she chatted aimlessly with some couple from Rhode Island about their accents. She directed all her attention to the couple, neglecting all other customers. I will go back to ordering my shoes online.

we went to change a pair of shoes because they were too small but when we attempted to change them we were assaulted with false accusation that we were thieves and stole the shoes, when we looked for assistance, staff also called us thieves keep in mind that my mother is 70 years old and was being accused of stealing. the owner was present and even though we had a receipt proving the purchase the took our shoes and the owner nearly called authorities after that they called us to see if we wanted our shoes or our money as if nothing happened. we went to this store for three year but we will never return. please take our advice and avoid this store.

I love SAS shoes, and this is my local SAS store close to my home. The folks at this store are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed. SAS shoes are virtually the only shoes that I wear. They are comfortable, sturdy, made in the USA and durable. This store has a down home, old-time feel to it and you’ll feel right at home there. SAS shoes are not cheap, but they are worth every penny.
