I would have appreciated updated hours. Online and the over the phone says 8:00 PM – I arrived at exactly 7:15 PM to pick up my online order and the woman said they were closed. I would not have purchased if I knew their hours. I knew I wouldn’t have made it due to when I get off work. I even called ahead of time and no one told me their “new” hours.I cannot pick it up tomorrow because I have a flight. now, I have to cancel my order that was ready for me during their posted hours. I wouldn’t have been so upset but it’s part of a Christmas gift and now I have to deal with canceling my order. it’s just a huge bummer.

This place is a joke . Sally’s is all about customer service and when I walked in here absolutely NO ONE approached me. What an embarrassment considering there was 4 people at the front chit chatting away.
