I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, and the staff are always so helpful and friendly! Today I went in to retouch my hair, and the wonderful cashier working put me on Iroiro color, Pastel Bubble Gum Pink, because it lasts longer, is vegan, and is softer than the other brands. I’m so excited to try it! Thank youuu. Also my kitten is obsessed with the bag they gave me

Sally’s return policy opening statement.Destiny, I was not satisfied with my purchase, the item was opened and not used, it did not fit the item it was intended for, therefore, I was not satisfied and was returning it.Sally’s return policy: After 60 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Card, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the last 60 days before return. Destiny, I was returning the item within the 60 day period AND I had my receipt, therefore I was entitled to my full refund, not the lowest selling price refund, that you were adamantly going to refund me.To the Manager or Supervisor of San Pedro’s Sally Beauty Store, I recommend that you pull Destiny aside, have her read the store return policy, that I have attached to this review, and the both of you review your store policy together.  I also suggest that Destiny, not only review your store return policy, but perhaps you need to make some time to adequately train Destiny on customer service skills, because to argue with a customer and tell the customer to accept the lower refund or keep the item is wrong and poor customer service skills. To tell the customer that the original sales person that sold the wrong item would be written up was totally unacceptable. Perhaps Destiny should be written up for not adhering to your store return policy, and her flippant remarks.Items Purchased In-Store:Sally Beauty Store Purchases in the United States:In general, we will happily accept returned merchandise purchased at any of our United States store locations regardless of which store actually sold the item(s). Items purchased in store cannot be returned by mail and sender will not be issued a credit or refund.Except for exceptions stated below, you must have an original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
