I went yesterday looking for some styling product for my hair but they didn’t have it in stock. The female working suggested another product that was just as good and she was on point. Long story short I always get good service but you guys don’t always have what I’m looking for which is a friendly reminder that we don’t live in a perfect world.

Very disappointed with the manager off of Ware Rd. This happens every time me or my daughter go in to make a simple purchase as our business is near by. She never greets you and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Other people can be helping us and she will literally stop what she is doing in the back office room to stand right next to the employee. She never Acknowledges you to let us know she appreciates the business or shows some basic Courtesy. She is Hispanic Light skin shoulder length hair. I will make sure to get her name here soon. I hope regional management can see this review and send a mystery shopper to see that this manager is rude, shows no compassion, is immature, and is not someone they need to manage this store.
