When I gave the cashier my number, a different name and address came up and she quickly reached her hand over and pressed confirm on the screen for me even though I told her that wasn’t my info. Seems like they’re putting in their own numbers and stealing customers points.

I am very unhappy with this store. I went in there earlier today and bought my wife a hair straightener and after talking to a friend about the one I bought, she told me, I should of bought a different brand. So I went back to the store to exchange it for the better one and I was told that I couldn’t exchange it do to COVID-19. Now the problem I have is.. They just sold it to my not even a few hours ago. but I couldn’t exchange it for a more expensive one.. (It hadn’t even been removed from the box)
