This is my second time working with Sam to select rugs for my apartment. Sam’s service and pricing is extremely fair and Sam takes a lot of time to help you understand the differences in the rugs, pile, styles, age, and other factors that go into a rug’s pricing and what may work best for you. This time I bought a very large Kashan rug, a type of rug that I used to have but needed to get rid of when I moved overseas. Sam was very patient with me and showed me several rugs in the style that I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. I selected an antique one and he did the service on the rug (edges, spots) free of charge and dusted it as well. Great service, I will definitely work with Sam again!
