I had an excellent experience. There are a lot of shops to chose from. I chose the Tint Shop for my house due to their experience with privacy films for businesses. I needed a professional job with precise installation (minimal gap, as my windows are at street level where a person could stand and look through a small gap). They quoted a 1/16th to 3/16 tolerance. Tracy was great to work with and answered every question on my e-mail (I don’t do social media) in each response. They are very booked, so I had to wait a month for the appointment. Josh came out to do the install right on the appointed time and date (Tracy had confirmed the arrival a week before). He was friendly and obviously experienced. I’ve tried to do window film myself before and did an acceptable job, but he showed how it is really done. All the edges right and no bubbles and quick. I have the top 12 inches of the windows (there were 11 panes) without film so that edge had to be done especially careful. Now, I have nice light that comes into the house where I can see out the top, but people on the street can not see in. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this business.

I called in Wednesday February 20th, 2019 and Briana picks up the phone. Claims she cant hear me. I repeated I need a quote and she hung up. I sent a request for a quote on there website about a month ago and no response.
