Run, don’t walk away from this place. They are complete scammers. They took my rug to sell and told me it would be no problem, charged me a huge cleaning fee (and I’m not sure it was even cleaned), then wanted to charge me a huge repair fee, which I declined, and then they told me they couldn’t sell it and tried to charge me $1,500 to trade it in for another rug.

This guy is complete trash. He picked up my rug and promised free pick up and delivery and said he would give me a cost to repair it after his shop looked at it. The cost was too high and i asked him to return it and then he said he already washed it and i had to pay $1500 plus delivery charge or I wasn’t getting my rug back. He has a fake smile when you meet him and starts yelling and stomping his feet when you don’t agree with him. Trash trash trash. I’m getting my rug back and sending this to civil claims. One start because I cant put none. Trash.
