I loved it! The store was so well laid out, clean and spacious. The salespersons were very courteous and very knowledgeable of their merchandise.

Rue21 always have cute clothes that I like and can fit. However, this particular store is a hot mess! Hopefully they were having an off day but by the looks of it, this was a regular thing. There was broken glass on the floor, clothes were thrown around, food by the cash register and the 3 workers on 3/18 all just stood behind the counter and barely made any effort to make the store presentable. Even if it was busy (which it wasn’t) there’s no excuse for that type of mess. Idk if a manager was even there, but some type of action needs to be taken for this store to resemble Rue21’s other locations.

Not too crowded. They have everything I need to dress my teenage daughters but they definitely need a section for thicker young men. Great perfume/cologne section for teenagers.
