I had brisket and turkey. The brisket was cooked perfectly, but if you taste it without putting sauce on it there is zero flavor. Seems like they didn’t even put salt on it. The turkey was the same. Seems like the point of the food is to hold sauce. The sauce was good and the place has a fun rustic atmosphere.

Love eating at Rudy’s. Today, my baked potato was not hot so the condiments like cheese and butter did not melt properly causing me to bite into a chunk of butter which I thought was potato (eeek!). Taste is great, just bummed it wasn’t hot or warm enough.
