FOUND A HAIR BALL IN MY PIZZA (CHECK PHOTO). My family has been going to this location for years, but recently the service has been completely abysmal lately. Last night when we went to pick up our pizza, we were forced to wait for 30+ minutes for a pizza that WAS ALREADY READY. We arrived around 15 minutes after placing our order and were told upon arrival that our pizza would be ready within the next 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the pizza was still not ready, despite asking more than 3 times if our pizza was ready, but told that it was not ready yet and was not in the pizza heater. Of course we went to the counter and asked for a refund after waiting for 30 minutes, but then they checked the pizza heater and our order was magically found; it turned out that our pizza was READY despite asking them multiple times if our pizza was ready; by this point our pizza was practically cold. This was by far the worst service I have every had at any restaurant, but that’s not the end of it. This afternoon I went to eat the leftover pizza from last night, I found a HAIR BALL baked in our pizza, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Keep in mind that I found the HAIR BALL AFTER eating the pizza the previous night and was oblivious that the HAIR BALL was even in the pizza. Aren’t restaurants supposed to have some kind of safety protocols on how they serve and prepare their food?!?!?! How did they even get approved to serve food the public, but can’t even serve CLEAN FOOD?! Our order number was #7061, placed on 3/12/2021, too bad that we already threw out our receipt or we would have gone back to complain after finding a hair ball in our food. I will NEVER go to this location again and neither should anyone else.

Good service and good pizza. The parmesan chicken winga were kinda let down though. The wings were dry and was excessively salty. I ordered veggie pizza and it was good.

Out of all the pizza chains, Round Table is definitely my favorite and this location has always fast and friendly service when I walk in to pick up. This location is really consistent, everything is always hot, fresh and super tasty. It’s also very clean and covid safe, so walk in and pick up your pizza worry free.
