Service was very prompt and great! There was some delay once the service order was placed but we were informed completely along the way! To be honest, based on when I called there was really no delay because they came out within a few hours still! Teddy was exceptional and very friendly and respectful! We made sure he was the technician to come back the next day to complete our service because we wanted to have him to do!

I had Tennis players staying at my house for 4 days, when they finished their first match they all wanted hot baths and showers. All of the bathrooms except one worked properly, the one that was not working had no hot water for a bath. I called the company ( AUX services ) that I had a 24 hr service contract with and they said it would be 3 days. So I immediately got on the Internet to find a plumber. When I called Rotor-rooter they said they could be out within 24hrs . When he arrived he introduced himself, listen while I told him what the bathtub facet was doing then preceded to start investigating what the problem was. All of these attributes helped to gain my confidence in that he knew what he was doing and was going to do everything he could to fix it. It was fixed within 2 hrs.
