I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Ross in Yuba City California, I love the prices for namebrand shoes and purses house decor is my favorite place although there’s always long lines I am very patient and willing to wait because the lines do go by really fast I am so thankful that you guys were able to reach out to the store and get their baskets cleaned out from the wheels and replaced Thanks a lot Ross heads up to the manager and crew they work really hard

I am standing in line at the Yuba City, CA store. It’s 11:25am on a Tuesday. There are about 30 people waiting for a register. They have 2 people checking out customers. UNACCEPTABLE! The manager of this store has been made aware. She COULD open and run a register herself. I’ll never come back!

I went to return a clothing piece that my daughter had bought. She didn’t look carefully at it before purchasing to see that there was a hole in the top and had thrown the receipt away. The cashier and the very rude and disrespectful manager said that they could refund me 99 cents for the $24 top my daughter bought. 99 cents??!! This is outrageous and plain robbery. Any other store would at least give you an in-store card to spend for the same amount. The top I brought to return had its tags and everything attached to it. It’s embarrassing for the store to put a clothing piece on the rack for sale that has a hole in it. But it’s even more unprofessional to be rude to the customer and think that the 99 cents you’re offering for a $24 top is generous.Even after that, I called the corporate customer service and explained the situation. They didn’t pay attention and were not helpful at all. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.
