Victoria the manager at Otay Ranch LocationDoes not deserve the title manager. Poor customer and poor decision making – she never acknowledged that assistance from the jewelry section, I have been standing for 10 minutes before I say something to her that I need help, and told me to press the button which I obliged. I waited again for another 5 to 10 mins before I say that I know what I want just need to open the case and grab the 4 earrings that I want. She failed to her customer although the store was not busy. She failed for poor decision making not acknowledging the importance of the customer. Victoria doesn’t be arrogant and help your customer especially the one who spends money in the store. I hope this is a lesson for her and needs additional management training. However, Kudos to the associates who helped me. I hope Ross Corp., see my comment. I am looking out for your store.
