No point in having a line for returns if they only have 1 person at the return register and the lady at the register is going to keep checking out the customers in the checkout line. In that case let’s all wait in the same line. I’ve been here over an hour and only had 5 people in front of me and still have not been helped. And to top it off the lady at the return register has the nerve to ask me if I’m in line. No I’m not I’m just standing here to look pretty!

Manager was extremely rude. Two people decided to say something to us, and although we said okay, they went to their Rude manager, who came up and decided to yell at us. After that they kept following and staring at us. Checkout lady was nice.

You may not find everything you want but you will find great things at this Ross. I found great pet supplies no food and great kitchen gadgets. People are friendly mostly. Great place to shop if you have time to look.
