Sausages are good- the skin snaps the way it’s supposed to. Though if you prefer grass fed, there are few options. In fact, I haven’t tried anything here but sausages and bacons, since they have next to zero grass fed beef. Sausages and bacons are good, though.

Love the RMC! Always a great selection of meats across the board. All grades, all cuts, all sizes, all day!I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and I think what got me hooked in the beginning is the Maui Waui Chicken. That marinade is special.They have a bunch of other marinated meats that are just as good too. Especially the mesquite tri-tip. Packed with flavor, and super tender. Those are bomb!RMC also have a brisket sized and graded for any occasion – Choice, Prime, even Wagyu. You really can’t beat their selection.No frills, no gimmicks, just good quality meats!

Great variety of meats! They had Brazilian picanha that is very difficult to find around here, so awesome! Customer service is very good. Reasonable price and prime meats available. The corn beef was absolutely delicious! I will definitely come back.
