It was a truly amazing experience buying our Rolex watches at J. Licht & Sons. I bought two watches, the first was for my wife, the second for me.My wife was delighted with the service, as this was her first time at a Rolex boutique. Special thanks to Trissine, who took the time to patiently explain all the technical specs of the watch and the history of Rolex. I wanted to give my wife her first Rolex and definitely this is something that we will never forget.Also, for my watch, Steve took care of us and he was phenomenal, as I was interested in a particular piece that wasn’t available at the moment and he helped me find it. The way he showed me the watch for the first time was spectacular, I was amazed by the experience.Thank you J. Wonderful experience! It was my first time visiting a Rolex boutique with my little brother, but wow, was the experience fantastic! I was initially nervous, but the friendly staff made us feel at ease and home.The staff was friendly and were knowledgeable about the products that Rolex offers. I had a great chat with an employee regarding the stainless sports models, Submariners, Sea Dwellers, and vintage watches. A little unfortunate that the stainless steel sports models were not available at the time because Rolex needed to update their systems company-wise, but it’s understandable! Still, I look forward to being able to see and potentially purchase them in the future.Overall, thank you to the wonderful staff at Rolex Boutique – J. Licht & Sons.
