My fave store. I spend more money at Rite Aid then anywhere else. Always have whatever I need or want or don’t even know that I need it or want it until I see it. Unfortunately, their shelves have been quite empty the past 2 months or so. I’m not certain why. I have heard that their supposed to be going out of business but I don’t think that’s likely. I hope not. Love my Rite Aid.

Didnt have half the items of other rite aids and when i asked an Indian lady about if they had a face wash she seemed bothered that i asked about a product that they did not have , then some Security guard asked me what I had in my pocket in a rude and hostile way when I showed him my cell phone he continue to pester me until he found out he was wrong and couldn’t understand why the way he spoke was very rude and degrading other customers in the store we’re giving him dirty looks and said things about him and I just smiled and laughed at his horrible handling of everything but her is his photo someone needs to get rid of this guy or teach handle situations so he doesn’t get himself hurtI found out to touched other people who were shopping and doesn’t even work there he goes over to this location because he is bored and the store lets him get away with this who soneone really needs to get him for something like a restraining order I will be happy to have him arrested

The pharmacy technician working there, Kelly- a Vietnamese woman – is quite rude. She used to be very friendly, but the past 2 or 3 months that I’ve gone there to fill my prescriptions she has been very unfriendly. One of the times I waved at her and she returned me with a cold and blank stare. The other times I filled my script she did not acknowledge me or say hello, she stood there very rudely like she was judging me, and did not exhibit any friendly behaviors. It’s definitely not behavior I was expecting as the world is experiencing COVID-19. I’m thinking of getting my scripts filled elsewhere. I hope Kelly reflects and works on her attitude!
