Do not come here during Covid-19 if you want your meds in a timely manner! Came here to pick medication for my sister after her spinal surgery. We thought using Drive Thru was best so she didn’t have to get out of car. The male attendant told us they were busy and it would “take several hours”. I replied busy? There’s only 9 cars in the parking lot including mine? Then they said we are “busy with Covid Vaccines and when I said a few hours, I mean several hours”. I called Rite Aids customer service line, and asked if the pharmacist and pharmacy is that busy with Covid-19 vaccinations, why doesn’t the clinic inside to the shots? Isn’t it a medical thing anyways? Why is a pharmacist busy with vaccines instead of prescription filling? Customer Service was nice, but I still am still waiting here for over an hour, and I’ve not received any call from a manager, or my sisters medications. This is gonna be a long one! Seriously uncool & heavy. This place should stick to Ice Cream & Cheap Liquor sales because their pharmacy is rude and sucks during COVID-19. And if they are that overwhelmed with about 7 people in the store, the manager should train new employees or schedule what he has more efficiently. I’ll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

As a local, I’m stoked to have this place by my house. The cvs is closer but that place is a hot mess. Much prefer the rite aid than that crack house they call a cvs
