Hi, I went to this store a few weeks ago and I am inclined to write a spectacular review because of the customer service I received. The individual that assisted me was named Matt. He helped me so well by answering all of my questions and showing me everything that I needed. Stores need more people like him. I’ve been to so many different pharmacies and never have had as great assistance as I had with Matt.

What ever happened to customer service?! The old manager was rude and the new manager is just as bad, if not worse. When a customer comes in the door and you make eye contact with them, a friendly hello and smile or something would be nice! She wasn’t helping anyone, just simply walked by and ignored me with a displeased look on her face. Two customers were in the store when I stopped in, a gentleman and myself. After we both got the items we needed, we both waited at the unattended register for several minutes. Finally, the manager heard me say something and rang the buzzer to call for help, but she proceeded to stay in her office. The employee that rang the gentleman and myself out was just as unfriendly. The only employees at that store that are friendly and seem happily employed are the young kids that work there in the evenings. I will be taking my business to Walgreens from now on just to avoid leaving the store annoyed.
