The worst place of business ever! I understand there being a influx of COVID patients, but they should accommodate all patients by delivering oxygen. Not everyone have the ability to drive to Greenville to pick up. Gerry was the manager I spoke with and she was unable to offer a solution, so a waste of time. I do not recommend this medical center at ALL!

This place is very sketchy when it comes to the return of the equipment. Called and left a message for them to come and pick the equipment up and they never returned my call. Called and got someone on the phone today and they stated that they needed a DC Order to pick it up from my doctor. So, they want to keep billing for this even if you don’t need it until they get a doctor’s note!??! How does a doctor have authority to say you don’t need something for the company to stop billing and pick their equipment up?!? My next call it to Texas Presby to let them know what’s going on with this company. I also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Complaint #CGS-269867.
