I was just in this location with my brother who was there to rent something i have to say hands down to the Store Managers and the rest of the staff they are very nice and funny and most definitely hands down have customer service 5 stars and yes there location did not have much in store but in the time of this Covid 19 stuff completely understood.. Thank you Matthew Loveless and rest of staff for just being you !!!

By far the worst eatablishemt. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Aaron’s. They are much better. The lady who claims to be management in this rent a enter will screw you over. She completely messed up our due dates and set them to the exact OPPOSITE days we told her I get paid and when I told her that she said “well, you signed the paperwork” BY FAR THE WORST PLACE in Johnstown. Don’t give them your business!
