I have purchased numerous stove parts as well as fuel from MVHH over the last 5 years. The Owners have always been courteous, willing to spend time digging for parts and explaining details of pellet stove installation/operation to me, a novice at the time and despite my having purchased the stove elsewhere (used). This remains my go to place for solid fuel heating.

If anyone is looking for pellet stoves, coal stoves, or anything to do with heating, do not go here. The owner, Darren, is disrespectful and unprofessional. We had him put in two coal stoves and he put them both incorrectly. They put a hole in the wall and covered in up horribly. They did not place the stone in the correct place, so it did not meet protocol. It is supposed to be 16 inches away from the door, but he only did 2 inches. He put in two different types of of stoves and one of them does not work at all. When we told him that we would like it fixed, he would not show up. He texted me and stated I don’t care.
