No matter how often my tires need air the employees at Reid’s are always ready to check the air pressure and keep them filled. With the temperature dropping and winter around the corner Reid’s was my first choice for snow tires. There pricing and value is good with 4 new snow tires at less than $600.

I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced at west seneca. went to drop my car off friday before closing told the guy i needed it by monday, he told me no, and come back next week, theres no appts and its 1st come, 1st served so i drive home, call back the next morning and talk to another guy and he says its no problem to leave the car there and they have a key drop for that exact reason. i pick the car up and i ask the guy at the desk what the 1st guy (the one who told me i couldnt leave my car) meant when he told me they were going to have to flip the wheel to mount them – guy #2 says i dont know. i said well id like to know, he says i dont know, sometimes they just say things when they dont feel like doing something. i said what does that mean?! i have to drive this car to Pennsylvania tomorrow and I want to know its safe. he says I dont make any promises. I was honestly shocked and shouldve asked for someone else right then but I left with my car (which had black sealant leaked out around the tires all over my silver wheels) and the next day i get on the thruway and my car is shaking terribly. I had anxiety the whole trip. I get back to Buffalo and go straight there and tell them the tires are NOT balanced, the car and steering wheel shake terribly at 60mph. luckily Jason from the elma shop was there and he was SO nice and helpful and explained everything to me the other guys didnt, rebalanced the tires, the car drives just great now. I would avoid west seneca unless Jason is there, or go to the elma location. he is the only reason i would ever go back there. the guys at west seneca are not helpful at all, act like everything is a bother, dont seem to take any pride in good customer service.
