Kim is the GREATEST person when it comes to shoes! I did a video try on with her, which turned out to be incredible. She looked at my feet and was able to make a great recommendation for some boots. I have foot problems, but she was able to make recommendations based on how I walk. She definitely deserves a raise! I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience! Thanks again! I’ve never had this amazing of an experience at a retail environment!

A great example of how to stay in business and thrive in the Age of Amazon, is REI. Their customer service and quality products being key cornerstones of success are the reason I’m a fan. My most recent visit was to figure out a technical issue I was having with my new bike stand. The techs helped me, bought a couple cleaning solutions for my bike and left. Beautiful experience as always!
