Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Regus filed for bankruptcy and they shut down the Sunnyvale center. It looks like they have created weird incentives for all center staff to overbill, double charge and be slimy. Their support teams are threadbare which means that if you need help you are basically screaming at the clouds.

Regus is an absolutely unethical and terrible company to work with in my opinion. Actually, this is not only my opinion, as it appears that the Better Business Bureau has qualified Regus with an F-rating based upon the hundreds of complaints of over-billing and fraudulent late payment charges that Regus has subjected its clients to as Regus itself battles bankruptcy.If the State Attorney Generals were doing their jobs, Regus would have been shut down not only by its lenders in bankruptcy court but by the State AG for acts of willful fraud in its billing practices.If you have not already done so, do not signup for a Regus office. This is a bad company that acts in bad faith.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value Covid recked my plans and they won’t work to change their overly expensive contract. I never even used their building or mail. Don’t use them if you can help it.
