Last February(2020), I took my son Pedro to go watch the movie The Call of the Wild. We both watched the trailer and thought it was going to be a good movie. We went on a Tuesday because of the movie ticket deals. My son wanted popcorn and so did I. Although I knew movie theater food is extremely overpriced(only thing they make a profit out of these days), we received a very humiliating reception. Not only did we receive very little popcorn but a very horrid assistance by the worker. His name is Marco. Hispanic teenager I believe, 5’7, hunchback. He only filled up half the bag with popcorn. I demanded he fill the bag to at least three quarters but he had a very sassy attitude. I demanded an apology from him because that’s the bare minimum of what he could do. He then decided to throw the bag with popcorn on the ground, rendering all the kernels, popped and raw, wretchedly inedible. I decided I had enough and headed directly to the theatre. Little did I know, he was attempting to grab my son’s hand. I grabbed my son swiftly and practically tried to hide in the theatre. I asked my son what had happened. He was completely speechless. I grabbed his hand and they were sticky, hopefully because Marco was manning the Icee machine as well. I will never go to that movie theatre ever again.

What a neat VIP theatre. Even the regular theatres get special service. Decor is very nice. Seats are comfortable. The service was spectacular!

This is great little theatre. Forget the mega-complexes with acres of people and no parking. The seat here are very comfortable, and wider than most movie theatres, plus they have springs and rock. The food at their cafe is good, and reasonably priced. The theatres are smaller, but cozy, and I feel it’s more like watching a movie at home than at a mega-plex. It’s our favorite place in the San Juan Capistrano area to go to the movies.
