I Like the staff. Hate all those empty carts, stand alone food stands! Leaves no room to get through especially with people and their carts in the middle of the isles. I do not want to be rude at every single isle and say “ excuse me” because an stand alone food stand is in front of me. Please get rid of the empty carts at the beginning of each day food stands in every isle. As it is, the store is a bit smaller and almost feels like a maze with all of those food stands in the isles! Please make room for us! So very much appreciated!

Since Ralph’s doesn’t want to respond to me regarding this incident, I’ll just share it publicly so that others facing the same issues as myself can know ahead of time what this company does to people with medical conditions that can’t breath with masks on. And just so you understand Ralph’s, what I’m about to explain is in fact illegal!One of your employees harassed me in front of the entire store because I was wearing my mask below my nose. I’ve been there many times through all this. And knowing my condition makes people uncomfortable (which legally I don’t have to explain), I always make my way through very quickly only grabbing what is needed. And no one bothers me. I’m in and out in a few minutes.I reported this incident after it happened because again, you don’t make the laws. It is illegal for you to have a double standard against someone with a health condition. I have received no response back. And now your store plays over the speakers for all to hear if you have a health condition, please consider going online and having the groceries brought to you curbside.What?!Now you publicly discriminate us that have these issues? That is completely unacceptable and again, illegal!!I am happy to report here that you will no longer be receiving my money. And I hope others with medical conditions consider the same after hearing that recording. I may even report this to HIPAA.You should be ashamed.
