Since 1967, Ralph Lauren has defined the essence of American style. Striking a balance between “timeless” and “modern,” Ralph Lauren creates collections that express a unique sense of personal style inspired by the rich visual imagery around him: the rustic beauty of the American West, the golden age of Hollywood glamour, the sleek innovation of automotive design or an authentic equestrian heritage. Over forty years ago, Ralph Lauren launched the Polo brand from one innovative tie design; since then, he has officially been recognized as a true Fashion Legend.

It is very bad to chase your customers, especially when they’re willing to pay!

This store used to be a more comprehensive representation of the brand’s offerings (all high end) but now specializes in the rarest, which is the Purple Label line (think highly exclusive materials and very limited production volumes, sweaters and such could be around $2,000 and made-to-measure suits past Tesla-prices).The staff are the best, the store is brightly lit and arranged with multiple rooms adding dimensions to the space, the variety of options are impressive and these products have lasted me well over a decade so the investment is worth it!Buy it nice or buy it twice

Good place, and I got good things. Great quality. I give al 5 stars for the quality, but customer service needs improvement.I had pretty bad customer experience today. This is from three times being at the store… First time I came a bought shoes and a jumpsuit. I decided I need some alteration on my jumpsuit, and the salesperson Cici (Inhae) helped me to get the alteration set up. Well I paid for everything, and she invited me back for the alteration person to measure and see how I want it to fit.Alternation is done very well and I am happy with it. When I came pick it up, I was ready to pay the alteration fee and go back to work. Cici (Inhae) didn’t want to take the money, she said I was already charged for it… I left, and was about exit the mall… Cici was running trough the whole mall after me to catch me before I left… she told me I have to return to the store and pay the alteration fee. Oh this was such an embarrassment, she ran after me like a stole something…and when we entered the store back so I pay the fee, every associate there looked at me like I stole something also… This is such a small amount to pay in comparison with what the clothes costs at Ralph Lauren, and I wasn’t running away from paying it… However, this experience of a salesperson running through the whole mall to catch me before I leave when it wasn’t my fault, it screwed my day and took a very long time…as I had to go back to the office!!! It took her 20min to figure out how to charge alteration fee, because it was coming out taxed… I think she grabbed a store manager to help her zero out the tax, but my time was valuable, and it was lost and made me feel embarrassed. It is very bad to chase your customers, especially when they’re willing to pay!
